Refund Policy

If for any reason you wish to return the items, you have fourteen (14) days after delivery of the order to do so.

Please announce your return by sending an email to lila-amsterdam@outlook.com Please also include your order number in the email. You will receive a confirmation once we have processed your return.

Please note: If you do not request your return by email, we cannot process it. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

LILA! accepts no responsibility for packages lost in the mail without proof of shipment. We therefore recommend sending returns with track and trace. & trace to send.

For returns, the order amount will be refunded within 7 days of registering your return. The product must be returned in good condition.

LILA! reserves the right to refuse returned products if they appear to have been worn or not returned within the specified timeframe.
